Certification: St. John Ambulance or Canadian Red Cross
Valid: 3 years
Prerequisites:
- Be at least 16 years of age
- 1 piece of Government Issued Photo I.D.
- Wear appropriate clothing for working in close contact with other students
- Wear socks
- Be medically and physically apt to perform floor-work and first aid related activities
This course meets first aid requirements for:
- WorkSafeBC – New November 2024 First Aid Requirements
- Canada Labour Code - Basic First Aid.
- CSA Z1210-17
- ILCOR standards
