The UTV Rider’s course is a 5-7 hour “all hands on” training program based on field-proven techniques, provides a fun and orderly way to learn proper UTV operation. The rider learns about controls, reading terrain, turning, climbing hills, loading & off-loading and winching techniques.
There are additional job and/or UTV manufacturer regulations that you must adhere to as you operate an UTV. Examples include: PPE standards and public land restrictions.

Prerequisites
- Be at least 16 years of age
- PPE – CSA approved helmet, steel toe boots, gloves and weather appropriate and modest clothing (no shorts or tank tops)
- Bagged lunch and liquids
- Government Issued Photo I.D.
- UTV (Alpha can supply UTVs)
